TestFlight is Apple’s official beta testing service for iOS, iPadOS, watchOS and tvOS apps. It lets developers distribute pre-release builds to a controlled group of testers so they can install the app on real devices, try new features, and report bugs before public release.

Install TestFlight: Download the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store on the device you will use for testing.
Accept the Invitation:
Email Invite: Open the invitation email on your device and tap "View in TestFlight" or "Start Testing".
Public Link: Tap the public link provided by the developer, which will open the app within TestFlight.
Install the App: Tap "Accept" for the app you wish to test, then tap "Install".
Test and Provide Feedback: Open the app to start testing. You can send feedback directly to the developer through the TestFlight app by taking a screenshot or selecting "Send Beta Feedback".

Ensure your device meets the criteria set by the developer.

When a new version is available, you will receive a notification to update it within TestFlight.

ways to submit feedback in testflight
Please use the appropriate channel when sharing feedback. Report technical issues—like crashes, broken buttons, loading problems, or unexpected behaviour—through TestFlight so we can resolve them quickly. For feedback about clarity, flow, usability, or overall experience, use the Usability Survey.

Select Share

Submit
This method automatically attaches your screenshot and device information, which helps us troubleshoot faster.

Tap “Send Beta Feedback” (or “Share Beta Feedback”)
Attach screenshots if applicable
Include a short description of what happened and what you were trying to do
This is the best place to report crashes, glitches, loading issues, or anything broken.
